HYH RECENTLY REOPENED DISCUSSIONS ON THEIR PROJECT WHICH BEGAN MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS AGO. 

SUBDIVISION-R-3 MAJOR GRADING PERMIT, WETLANDS PERMIT 

As of the July 29th Planning Board Meeting, the applicant is back with a new project that includes approx. 15 homes surrounded by steep slopes and rock outcrops on property adjacent to State parkland. The project, as proposed, will require the removal of approx,16,000 cubic feet of soil, disturbance of 20% of the property (2 million square feet) and the creation of a 4,000 foot road.

The project is in the preliminary design phase.
